I'm BAAAAACCCKKKK!

Just got back from sell out crowds and standing ovations for They Call Me Mister Fry from Me-HE-co, San Miguel de Allende.

Thank you so much to Roger Jones and his family. Frank Gaydos and Carol Schor for making all the arrangements and doing all the hard work to bring me there. We did 2 benefits for schools and 3 shows opened up to the public. The attendance was greater than we had hoped. two sold out shows and 3 shows 3/4s filled.

It was a working vacation. Met so many people. Played tennis, hiked, celebrated Día de Muertos. There's even talk about coming back for an encore performance in February.

Most of all it's the memories, the new people I met, the relationship established, my favorite places: El Cielo, Viajo Pueblo, Mama Mia's, the cobble stone streets, the gourmet dinners by Anthony at Roger's place, the walk through the cementary during the Día de Muertos, lunches at Vía Organica...

Now back to school, then getting ready for NYC! AFO Fest and the Soho Playhouse.

Mr. Fry in Mexico!!!

Just landed in Mexico without a hitch! Smooth sailing. Staying at Roger Jone's place. 7 stories of utter elegance. Thank you Roger and Rosana! I've got my first show on Thursday. It's gonna be busy. Have my tech on Wednesday. That can be a nerve racking experience, especially in another country.

I plan on loving every minute of this trip. I've got a huge room, private entrance, and my own kitchen.

I just woke up, feeling a bit groggy, but instead of coffee, I shake my head. It's like shaking the bats from the belfry. I plan on taking lots of pics! I remembered my camera this time. I don't believe.

What a wild ride

This show has been quite a journey for me. It seems to surprise even me with it's ability to reach out and connect with people. Especially with people who care about our children and the educational future of this country.

Mister Fry just won as an Encore Winner at the Boulder International Fringe Festival in August. Did Northridge last night and last Saturday we were at the Lounge Theatre in Hollywood, now on Monday, we leave for Mexico's San Miguel de Allende for 6 shows.''

Wowwowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowow!!! Thank you one and all.
